How I Work

If you have an employment or contract problem, my approach is to make the issues clear and the options workable.

I start with the facts — what happened, what matters and what does not. Most problems become clearer once the facts are separated from the noise.

From there, I identify the issues most likely to influence the outcome. Not everything carries equal weight, so I focus on what matters most.

I then test your position properly — where it is strong, where it is vulnerable and where it may be challenged. It is better to know that early.

Finally, I give you clear advice on your options, the risks involved and the most practical way forward.

Why work with me

Coastal landscape with bleached tree branches, green scrub and ocean beyond.
  • You deal directly with an experienced lawyer throughout.

  • Clear answers without unnecessary legal jargon.

  • Focus on practical outcomes, not process for its own sake.

  • A clear view of the risks before you commit.

What happens next

  • You explain what has happened and what you need help with.

  • I assess the position and explain where you stand.

  • We decide the most practical way forward.
